Directions:

I had built quite a resistance to pre-workouts, so I took one (that's right one!) scoop of those, and I was bouncing off the walls. The DMAA and the potency of this made me want to punch volcanoes! I took it at 4:30pm and couldn't sleep until 3am. After that, I was taking half scoops until I had built up a resistance to it. This stuff is so strong. Would recommend! (Posted on 12/04/17)
