Our low FLAT RATE shipping fee is only incurred on orders under $100.00 and if you spend over that amount the shipping charge is ON US!

How long will it take for my supplements to arrive?
Usually all our orders are received within 1-2 business days as long as the below conditions are met:
Your order is received before 3pm (AEST)
Your payment has cleared.
You are in a metro location (remote areas or WA can sometimes have a delay)
Your order is heavier then 5kg and is not eligible to go by air and must travel by road. (you will be notified of this)
How do I track my supplements?
Victorious Fitness Supplements ships our orders using the following services:
You can track your item by using any one of the hyperlinks above and entering the tracking code emailed to you on completion of your order.
Your order will be sent with the courier company that is able to get your item out to you the fastest.
How much will shipping cost?
Australia wide delivery of any size or shape is a flat rate of $9.95. The rest is on us!
Further, if you spend over $100.00 when you order, we will waive the entire fee!
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
Here at Victorious Fitness Supplement we provide the option to have a signature required upon delivery, or to give the authority to leave your parcel in a safe location if you are not home. Please read our terms and conditions regarding this before making your choice as order that do not require a signature waive the right to insurance in the result of loss or damage.
If you choose to have a signature required and are not home to collect your item, a calling slip will be left for you to go and pick your item up from the nearest depot or Australia post location.
We highly recommend that you use a work address if you are not going to be home during delivery hours.
I haven’t received my order?
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact our friendly customer service team on (07) 3890 3994 or via the Contact Us section on the webstore and they will track down your order.
Damaged or incomplete order?
If your order has arrived and is damaged or items are missing please contact our customer service department on (07) 3890 3994 or Contact Us with photographic evidence of the damage and a detailed description to have the issue rectified.
Unfortunately, at this time Victorious Fitness Supplements is unable to ship orders internationally. This may change in the near future.
