Consuming protein is so important for any athlete or bodybuilder due to its ability to be digested very rapidly and help restore the body post-workout back from a catabolic (muscle-wasting) state, to a anabolic (muscle building) state. Hydrolysed Protein – Hydrolysed Protein is immediately absorbed into the blood stream and is the fastest acting protein available on the market. Options include, BNRG Protowhey and Iso100 by Dymatize.
